Cross section of my heart

Ever read something or hear something that makes you stop? Maybe lyrics to a song, or a quote in a book, or a line from your favorite TV show.  

Cross Section of my Heart is my place to post those types of things. It will allow my readers to get to know me at a much deeper level; it will let you know what makes me tick. Will it be an “over share” ... hell.... I don’t know. Everyone is different, some may find it interesting, some may ignore it, and I don’t think either are wrong.  

So, these are the things that make your Blue-Collar Author stop and hit the pause button.  

“Now the day bleeds, Into nightfall” This is a small lyric from Lewis Capaldi’s Someone You Loved. Those six words say so much. Without saying a color, you can see the sunset in its majestic pallet.
